Dr. Batra completed his undergraduate degree at Creighton University where he graduated with honors. Dr. Batra remained in Omaha and was awarded his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine.
Dr. Batra moved to Michigan and completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Michigan State University where he was Chief Resident.
His desire to pursue Vascular and Interventional Radiology took him to Colorado where he completed his fellowship at The University of Colorado Denver.His fellowship focused on trauma, transplant organ intervention, interventional oncology and stroke. Following his fellowship he remained as Clinical Faculty at The University of Colorado Denver Interventional Radiology fellowship program.
Dr. Batra joined Texas Radiology Associates in January 2012 and is the Vascular and Interventional Radiologist at Baylor Medical Center at McKinney. Dr. Batra is Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Board certified in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. When not working, Dr. Batra spends time with his wife Angela and their two dogs Bentley and Ella. Dr. Batra also enjoys playing golf, attending Dallas sporting events, eating at the many excellent Dallas restaurants, and traveling.
